The CSPCA Board of Directors has divided the country into three (3) regions or districtsto insure that each region is comprised of approximately the same number of members, allpursuant to Article III, Section 1 of the CSPCA By-laws. The three regions are as follows.The states listed under each region are the states that fall in that region.
