Newsletter for the Chinease Shar-Pei Club of America
The CSPCA is publishing a bi-monthly newsletter. The Barker has moved to quarterly publication and the CSPCA Express was instituted to provide members with timely information and announcements. The newsletter also allows applicants to move to full membership and gain privileges in a shorter time period. The CSPCA Express is a work in progress – we welcome your feedback. Once a person has applied for membership to the CSPCA, their name will be listed in the next issue of the CSPCA Express Newsletter. After the newsletter is published and posted, there is a period of thirty (30) day waiting period to allow for comments from the members of the Club. After the 30 day period is over, those applying for membership will be voted on by the Board of Directors at their next meeting. Once a membership is approved, if you are a new club member, you will receive a welcome letter and a New Members Handbook telling you all about our club. Those members renewing a membership after a lapse will not be mailed a New Member’s Handbook., but will receive a notice that their membership was approved. If your membership is denied, you will receive a notice explaining the denial and informing you that you can reapply in 6 months.
All members of the CSPCA with an Email address will get an email notice when the Express Newsletter is published on the CSPCA website. The notice will contain the link to the Newsletter on the website. For those members that do not have an email address and by special request, a copy will be mailed.
The following are the due dates to get Notices, Announcements and Rescue dogs in the newsletter. Please send to the Newsletter Editor- Melissa Castillo by the deadlines. We post important club announcements and notices in the newsletter. Remember if you change your email address or move and have a new mailing address, please notify Bob@cspca.com
